"This home is located with easy access to freeways and the airport. It lists to sleep up to 30 and we had 16 members of our extended family there for a wedding over a long weekend. The gathering spaces for the family both inside and outside were great! There are actually 6 bedrooms and a sleeping area listed as a bedroom that has 2 beds but is in an open area in the back hall. Some of the beds that would sleep 30 are roll-aways and floor mats (which we did take advantage of for a few of our folks...

The only issue was when the pool repair guy showed up unannounced while a group of 16-year-old female athletes were getting ready for a soccer game. There appeared to be a miscommunication with the hosts on whether the house was occupied or not. "

We were not excited about leaving the weather in our area to go to 115 degree weather but found this house made that fact so much easier to deal with. "No need to go anyplace else, this vrbo has it all. Rooms were spacious and activities were plentiful. For us, the pickle ball court saw the most action and was the site of a very energetic tournament. Kitchen set up allowed us to efficiently prepare food for our large group.
