Prior to your arrival, our housekeeper has conducted a thorough disinfecting and sanitizing procedure as outlined in the CDC guidelines. The areas she disinfects include all of the high-touch surfaces, and linens and towels are washed and dried on the "hot" settings.

Due to owner allergies, and to protect our guests from unwanted pet allergies, we are not renting to guests who have dogs or other pets. Thank you for your understanding.

The three bedrooms and living room all have 180 degree panoramic views of the ocean and beach. Picture yourself preparing meals with unobstructed ocean views, or sitting on the deck with your morning coffee/tea watching the day come alive, or watch the amazing Oregon sunset drop in a ball of fire.

The beach is easily accessed on both the north and south ends of the tract with sign posted paths. Within a few minutes your feet will be digging into the sand.

The house comes fully stocked with flatware, drinkware, dinnerware, spices. And a large inventory of pots, pans, blender, and toaster.
You will find all the comforts of home including a laundry room with brand new washer/dryer, high speed WiFi, 70 inch smart tv, coffee station with Keurig and pods, tea kettle, and a Mr. Coffee traditional coffee maker. Outdoor BBQ.

The granite kitchen countertop with sculptured “live edge" provides plenty of space to prepare your meals. From the kitchen it is easy to serve food across to the dining table.

Electric fireplace warms the living room, kitchen and dining area. Additionally a ceiling mounted heater/AC in the living area and master bedroom operated with its own hand- held remote thermostat . Why settle for renting a home with just a fan? This is one of two homes in the tract with A/C.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, a large dresser, a walk-in closet, 55" Smart TV, leather chair and ottoman, and private sliding glass doors to a covered deck enclosed on two sides. Keep the doors open at night and lull yourself to sleep listening to the waves crash nearby on the beach.
Master bath boasts more granite, lighted mirror and walk-in tiled shower with corner bench. Two shower heads, one rain shower head, and one shower head with shower wand.

Two queen size bedrooms upstairs offers awesome views through the sliding glass doors leading to your own private deck. The upstairs guests will share a spacious bathroom with a deep soaking tub and shower head and wand. There is plenty of granite counter space and mirrors. Electric heat in each bedroom with thermostat. Whisper quiet fans.

Body wash, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of towels are provided.

This spectacular beach house offers a spacious living room with a new leather L-shaped sofa, and a large leather chair and ottoman.

The dining room table is a circular high-top with 6 nicely padded chairs. From the table you can view the ocean during mealtime.

The large half-bath located downstairs comes beautifully decorated with more granite countertop. It has its own electric heating source with thermostat, and a cool porthole window our contractor fashioned by hand. Whisper quiet fan.
