"Overall was good and we enjoyed our family visit. We were disappointed with lake levels at this time of year so lake could not be accessed from the property. Recommend checking USGS lake data before traveling with any watercraft. House was nice. Knotty pine paneling and ceiling were a great look Kitchen area was fairly well equipped. Comfortable family room as shown in photos on the site. Two bedrooms were great size. Two were quite small, but we made do. Parking was good. Covered...

"This home was beautifully set up. We really enjoyed cooking meals and relaxing in the hot tub. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great...it rained most of our stay. We took a few road trip and hung out in the house which was lovely. extremely low in the lake"

"We loved this house and felt right at home. The property manager was super welcoming and very accommodating. Just a short walk across the yard to a beautiful lake made this a perfect place for us and our kids ages 3,10 and 13. We brought our canoe for fishing and did so each morning of our 6 night stay. Beds were cozy, kitchen was well stocked. We could not have asked for a better stay and cant wait to return each time we visit our family in the area. Thank you Justin and Kerry!"

"We left the property and started refund process within just a couple of hours of arriving. Exterior of House looks nothing like the photos online: Grass was not mowed, trash was on the front porch, paint was chipping, chairs were broken and taped together, back door to house was unlocked. Interior was no better; shower floors and walls were rusty, bath mats were wet and soiled, freezer had dried blood on the interior, beds did not appear to be freshly made with clean sheets since previous...

"This was a really nice place, with lots of room for our group of 10 people. Two separate houses on one property gave all an area to enjoy. Beach across street worked out well too. 4 kayaks and 2 SUPS, along with chairs and a picnic table. Really relaxing. "

"14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!"

"The house is as advertised on the listing, having ample beds, rooms, and space for big groups to get together and have a great time. We were a group of 12 friends and stayed in January when it was between 0-20 degrees out & snow on the ground, but that was not a negative at all. The property is well maintained, and is stocked with all the necessities (including a diner style coffee maker) that a group would need for their stay.
