"Returned to this property a second time for a large family gathering and once again it didn't disappoint. The house and grounds are so well kept. Both adults and kids can be entertained as well as feeling relaxed. The memories that have been made from our visits often come up in conversation and now we've more to reminisce. Thank you to Cazz, Louise and all the team. We of course plan to visit again! Until then, all the best."

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."

"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended."

"Our family enjoyed a long weekend at the property to celebrate a family members birthday. The house was very comfortable and easily accommodated 8 adults, 2 young children and 2 babies. "Myself and my partner stayed here for a friends wedding. It was perfect - we got the family room just so we had a bit more space. The kitchen was very functional, had all we needed, so we just brought the food. The bed was comfortable, clean and convenient bathroom. "I was amazed at the high standard for money here. Super-comfortable and spacious apartment with lovely touches such as a fresh fruit bowl, breakfast items and coffee machine. Very nice lady there to check me in. Tiny quibbles : I got the email via hotels.com with check in instructions on the day of my check-in, and I was driving so never saw it until after check in. Would be better to send the day before. Also, idiot-proof instructions for the coffee machine and dishwasher would have helped me!...

"Very central to various places in the Cotswolds but such a joy to return to and to get up in each morning. Everything was there that we needed and I enjoyed the outside space to sit and read a bit and to dry some laundry. So bright and airy, roomy….we just loved Exchange Cottage and would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

"We absolutely loved staying in the Captain's Cabin. Bourton on the Water is in a great location for day trips, but we had to pull ourselves away from this adorable and bustling little village. Location of the Captain's Cabin is quiet and peaceful, but just a two minute walk to all that Bourton on the Water has to offer! We loved ending our days cuddling up by the fire and had the best sleep in the charming and comfortable bedroom. "

"Nice hotel, rooms are big for English standards and very close to supermarket, shops, etc. Parking is not free but was charged only 5GBP for day, so that was ok. The only downside was that we were traveling with a lot of bags and they do not have an elevator, anyway, they have only 2 floors so we had to go only one flour up. Overall nice stay with no issues."
