"John welcomed us and was a remarkable host. We stayed in six different accomodations on this trip and this one was by far our favorite. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is free and convenient. John gave us a great dining recommendation which was within an easy 8-10 minute walk. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for being a great host. "

"Private and very clean. If you are on the balconies, it still feels private because the other house always had their shades down. Quiet and peaceful. It was really neat to walk around the property and the short walk to the park."

"I spent two weeks in the property and loved it. The host was immediately available and one issue with the heat was addressed right away. Cute place with great New England vibes. I was able to work from the property with no issues as well. Beautiful walk down to the cove and a very short drive up the road to the State Park. Great location! "

"Overall we had a great stay for Thanksgiving week. We were a group from 5 years old to 80 years old and everyone had a great time. Bob is a great host and very accommodating. It was amazing to walk out of the house right onto the beach. We had a brief power outage (only 1 hour), but Bob responded immediately with candles and flashlights. The bathrooms were dated, but worked well."

"This little gem was a perfect location for our sisters getaway. It is walking distance to the beach and has fantastic greenbelt trail at the end of the road, which was perfect for walking the pup. We loved the layout of the cottage and felt very cozy and comfortable the entire time. Rachel, the owner, was responsive and helpful every time we reached out. Highly recommend this gem!"
