"Ocean Breeze was, indeed, a breeze. Easy check in and check out procedures. The rental was very clean and tidy with plenty of towels (including beach towels) and nice touches in every room. Appliances are well maintained and the kitchen area and provisions were just what we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and relaxing and a short walk to Good Harbor Beach. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"Excellent accommodations. We visited in mid-July 2025, and during an unusual heat wave - weather. The bedroom was very warm and the AC unit was struggling to cool the entire apartment. One text to the host, and within hours a second portable AC unit was installed by the maintenance crew. No questions, no trouble, just an apology and an immediate solution to address our concern. "Historic home — Lovely, spacious, immaculate, within a few minutes walk of Lower Beach, Shalin Lu music center, lots of dining, scenic downtown harborside. We didn’t need our car for the length of our 3-day stay, then found on-street parking (4 for 4 hours) to extend our stay in Rockport for another afternoon."

"The property is nice, the shower water pressure amazing, the decorations are adorable. Spooky theme but not scary. The beds were comfy and the air conditioners kept us cool during the 100 degree weather. I was able to walk to has station for snacks and found a great bakery down the street, recommend the bizmark any flavor. Also there is a nice little italian restaurant god take out by Collins Beach.
