"Check-in was online, so it was very easy. The resort was very quiet and beautiful. Everything would have been walkable, except it was raining so hard that we had to get chauffered around in golf carts to get to places (great service)! The room was large and modern with great design. The only draw back is that sometimes the toilet would smell of sewage. I think due to the heavy rains. The spa was amazing with great ambiance. Overall, a great relaxing home away from the city."

From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. "Close to the main highway- it doesn’t catch the noisy commute but is close enough that it is easy to get around. Starbucks is literally across the main road. Spacious container van and comfortable for 6 adults. "

I didn’t like the lights in the backyard during nighttime. It is nit good for stargazing/astro photography. Also, there are no bidet in the CR! We had to use balde and tabo. Ew!"

"It was a great place to stay in Tagaytay. The staff is so accomodating and their deck is a great place to unwind in the cool nights. I suggest that you get the rooms that has Taal View if you are easily bothered by car souns, coz my room is by road side. Overall, its a great place."
"This place has character. The staff was excellent and accommodating, very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. The parking is onsite, a bit crowded Saturday night but no one blocked you in and there is overflow parking right outside the gate just a few dozen meters from your room.
