Perfect place
We loved our stay in this adorable apartment. Very clean and cozy. Super comfy beds. Best location! Amazing touches like extra toothbrushes, coffee and robes. We would stay here again for sure!

Girls' Birthday Relaxation Weekend
Joanna's place is in the perfect spot to take in Glenwood Springs as a visitor. My mom, aunt, sister, and i took the train from Denver to enjoy some intergenerational family time and and could not have found a better place to do just that. The apartment was perfectly located for us to walk to and from the Amtrak station, as well as everywhere else we wanted to go. We shopped and soaked and went to the spa, and even in the wintery conditions it was all walkable from this cozy nest. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a meal and enjoyed the comfortable beds and thoughtful provisions when we weren't out and about. We had plenty of room and Joanna was a thoughtful and responsive host, graciously accomodating our slightly early arrival via train. We highly recommend this lovely apartment and it's lovely host, and hope to stay there again when we are back in town.

Excellent downtown Glenwood stay
Beautiful, clean, renovated property right in the heart of Glenwood. Walked to everything, close parking available. Had an issue at initial check-in that was remedied right away. Host was very responsive and kind and helped us with our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient location, walking distance to most things
Came up on the train and stayed in this downtown apartment. Everywhere we wanted to go was within 5-10 min walk. Iron mountain only about 20min walk. Convenient access to trails and a window view of Glenwood night life. Weather can be temperamental so check and dress accordingly. Top notch host and great place to stay.

The property was in pristine condition with extra amenities such as snacks, beach towels, and thoughtful supplies for the house. Communication with Joanna was quick and courteous and clear. The whole process was smooth and a blessing.

Great stay
The apartment is clean, modern, and well stocked. We felt very comfortable there and happy to be walking distance to almost everything in town. Tip-if the lot behind the apartment is full we were always able to find parking on Cooper near the library. Some fun things to do in town and in the area: amusement park, rafting, hot springs pool, biking, Hanging Lake, Maroon Bells.

Perfect Location`
We loved this place. It was exceptionally clean with nice little attention to details like snacks, extra bathroom supplies and pool towels for the hot springs. The location can not be beat. We only stayed one night, but it would have been perfect for a longer stay. Joanna was very quick to reply to messages and a wonderful host.

This place was immaculate. Very clean and well done. If you want to be able to go car free for a few days this place would certainly serve you. The entrance almost literally is on to a pedestrian plaza. The host was attentive and will certainly look for this place o. Our next trip to Glenwood Springs.

Perfect Downtown Location
This apartment in downtown Glenwood Springs blew our expectations out of the water. We chose this property because the photos looked clean and cozy and the actual apartment itself did not disappoint. The bed in the primary bedroom was extremely comfortable, the bunk beds were perfect for our son, and it seems that every detail was.carefully selected. This is the perfect apartment in the perfect location. Delicious food and drink are just steps outside the door, all while being quiet enough to hear very little road noise.

Amazing location right in the middle of it all!
We didn’t realize how central this location was until we arrived! An apartment above all the shops. Literally couldn’t have been more perfect, and didn’t hear any street noise in the evening when we put the kids to bed. Everything was so clean, and snacks and toiletries were provided. My only feedback would be black out curtains as the light came in pretty bright to the bunk room waking the kids around 6am but other than that we loved it!

Perfect place to stay - IF your traveling by train
I really want to give this place an over all 5 out of 5 star rating but I cannot. If you’re traveling by train this place is absolutely perfect. However, if you are traveling by automobile take heed: parking is almost non-existent. I drove around in a 3-4 block radius for 30+ minutes looking for a place to park. Once you find a place use the residential parking tag found in the unit and don’t move your vehicle. If you’re going to the amusement park hot springs etc. WALK across town or you will go through the whole process of wasting another half hour of your life again. If it wasn’t for the extremely poor parking situation this place would be perfect. And this is only about a block from the Amtrak station so it can’t be beat in that regard. In Summary: With parking aside this place is absolutely great. If I were to travel by Amtrak to Glenwood I would book this place again in a heartbeat But driving I would choose a hotel with private parking.

Great location and property. It was very convenient to walk everywhere. The ac was very helpful since it was hot after visiting other mountain towns. We did the world pools at iron mountain which were amazing! Loved the bakery and coffee shop downstairs!

Great Location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and perfect for a family visit to Glenwood Springs. The host was very accommodating with little touches everywhere to make our stay more comfortable. It was also VERY clean. The condo is located in the center of everything and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, and the large hot springs. Sunlight ski resort was a short drive as well as hiking trails and more hot springs. The only downside to the place was parking which is a bit crazy, but we were always able to find a spot. Overall great condo and host!

Joanna and Mark are such incredible hosts. The minor touches, with simple toiletries that are so often forgot really set the stage for a wholesome stay. The location, right downtown was amazing. The interior is beautiful, great decorations, comfortable beds, bedding, and towels. Everything was fantastic!!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Glenwood
This was a wonderful apartment! The layout was great, and it was well stocked with lots of thoughtful touches. Communication with the owners was smooth and easy. The location can't be beat! Walking distance to all the restaurants, and super easy access to the hot springs, adventure park, etc. We will definitely come back!
