"This property was such a dream. We came down for a few nights with our friends, kids, and pups and everything was perfect for our entire group. The outdoor entertaining space was big enough for everyone to hang out and afternoon football inside was perfect! We used the huge open concept to let all the kids carve pumpkins. "I stayed at the Treehouse September 21-22nd - this is paradise for trout fishermen (and women !) ! The property looks out over a wide swath of farmland where deer could be seen grazing. The Cumberland River is a short walk down from the cabin and from the ramp you can walk out into the river and chase trout ! I caught two nice rainbows early Sunday morning, and then switched over to my boat from the ramp in downtown Burkesville. The weather was perfect all weekend. Madison goes beyond the call...

"Good location. Easy check in. Very helpful owner. Enjoyed the food at Reel Java. We needed a place to stay that was close to our boat storage. This apartment was very clean. We enjoyed a short hike in the Cumberland state park. Also spent an afternoon on the lake launching our boat at Wolf creek dam. "

"The location was very convenient to the State Park Marina. The area was very pretty and felt secluded. Some of us took advantage of the fishing pond. We had a group of 19 and there was plenty of room for all. The only issue we had was the hot tub was not functioning, It would have been nice, but did not take away from our enjoyment of our weekend. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The house is very cute and has a great view of the lake from the deck. I will note that during some very heavy rainfall over the weekend, one of the windows to the deck began leaking heavily and soaked the small rug. We spent the length of two storms constantly wringing out towels to keep the leak from spreading into the carpet. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay."
