"I rented for my parents 50th Anniversary. They absolutely loved the location and the cabin. They love rustic, quiet places with the up north feel. They said it was a comfortable and peaceful stay. The property was beautiful and they loved the smell of the pines. Lot's of walking trails and things to do in nature. The host was incredibly accommodating and made them feel welcome. Thank you for providing a wonderful weekend for my parents!"

Spotting bears, deer, and dozens of birds was truly a highlight of our trip. We also had some cool adventures riding the golf cart and quite the experience driving in the heavy rain-4x4 required-it added a unique touch to our stay! "If you like the outdoors, this place is for you. It is near the Huron National Forest the Au Sable river and the town of Glennie. The cabin is very comfortable withe all the conviences of home excluding wifi. It is in a quiet and uncrowded small neighborhood. Nice place to be!"

"A Stream Runs Through It is an absolutely beautiful cabin in a gorgeous location. The cabin was clean, had all the amenities listed, which was more than we needed, super cozy, and adorable. The outdoor space is amazing with the stream, and the fire pit, chairs, and many other extras, such as a tripod to cook on, a grill, a swing over the stream! It’s close to town, but you still feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. You are right by the road, but you don’t really notice it. My husband...

"Wonderful stay at the Guesthouse earlier this week. Reasonable rate and impeccably clean! Great communication with host. Shellie was always prompt with the answering of any questions. The property was exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Well stocked with all one would need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. And the fresh eggs were a nice touch! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. "
