"My wife and I stayed to celebrate our 11 year anniversary. The fall colors around the property were so beautiful. The cabin itself was very clean, well appointed, comfortable and serene. "This lovely little cottage on the piney river was the perfect place to celebrate 35 years of marriage. The setting was beautiful and the accommodations spacious yet intimate. The cottage demonstrates an obvious history of love and good memories. We fished the section of river assigned and got skunked. "Great spot for a couple looking for a quiet place to stay in Lynchburg. Parking can be a littlw tricky if you have a bigger vehicle, but there is usually plenty of street parking of you can't fit into the space provided. Also watch your step when you walk into the Vrbo! There is a bit of a step down I wasn't totally prepared for, but I'm normally a clutz so maybe thats just me :) Overall, great spot, minus my twisted ankle."

"Cabin was small but adorable. Was nestled in the woods with creeks nearby. Stream wasn’t super full when we were there but you can hear the stream behind the trees when sitting outside! The beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked. Outside had a great fire pit area, bench by the creek, outdoor swing for kids, and a hammock. So close to crab tree falls and major hikes (the priest). There was a great Orchard- pick your own- 10min away. Great location. Would stay again."

"What a great property and gorgeous area! The cabin is a gem- everything was as described or better! My son loved the game room and my wife adored the hot tub under the stars. Loved the view of the river and mountains in the distance. We even saw a bear on a hike elsewhere in the county!"
