"Great location - everything within 5-10 minutes drive. The space was nice, cozy, modern and clean. The only downside was that the attachment in the bathroom to hold the shampoo/soap fell off the first day, and there was a leak on the stairs when we turned on the ac upstairs. I had to use a bucket to prevent a puddle of water on the carpet.The jacuzzi was a nice bonus. We enjoyed having the patisserie across the parking lot for daily freshly baked pastries. We'd stay there again."

However the property management system "Manage My Home" was quite frankly annoying and completely over the top with multiple emails received most of which were unnecessary. "the property is good and spacious and located very close to the town. convenient to everything in Wānaka. there are only 2 things drop my satisfaction. first, the bed size seems not a king but a queen. some of the applicants are not clean, hair dryer, towel, cookers etc. but overall is good. I will rate 8 out of 10 and if those could be improved, surely will come back again "

"Fantastic modern property, very warm and quiet. The instructions to not permit sports equipment inside and also have the garage locked off as a potential alternative for sports equipment storage was less than ideal. Off street park on the driveway was handy to the front door. Property manager was great to deal with and the instructions were very clear and well thought out. Overall a very enjoyable and comfortable stay."
