The apartment is set in north facing private grounds with access to open areas and the Waimata river. Walking to a shopping area is 5 minutes and to the city 15, otherwise a short drive or cycle. The living room is spacious and incorporates a cooking area and a bed settee (if required). The cooking area while not a full kitchen is designed and enables a full range of hot meals to be prepared (double hotplate, crockpots, microwave, fridge etc. ) and eaten (plates, cutlery etc.) The apartment is best suited to a couple as there is one double bedroom but there is capacity to accommodate up to two couples or 3 single guests with a double bed settee and a single fold down bed in the lounge.
