"Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "

"Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location."

"If you are planning on visiting St Kitts & want a quiet location with wonderful views, stay here! From the start, the communication was wonderful - from the directions, to the pages of information covering restaurant suggestions to beach suggestions to so many other things, we were so well informed before even arriving. The on-site property manager called us when they had a tropical storm roll through so we had up-to-date warnings. Also, the official “make the guests welcome” cat made our stay...

"The villa was overall wonderful! We booked the villa last minute and Hedda and her team were extremely responsive and took care of everything, from our transportation to and from the villa, dining, and beach gear. The villa is beautiful and offers a more peaceful vacation as opposed to a large respite. "

"A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. Only real negative was the tortuous dirt road to get to Turtle Beach. The hosts were super helpful from the minute we booked. Loved our stay "

"We LOVED our stay at the beautiful Coffee & Cream Cottage. A lovely home away from home. The property was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings in the common areas made for a pleasant stay. The property owner was very kind, warm, and provided excellent communication. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. "

"Apartment had all your essential cooking and eating utensils. The refrigerator also had milk and orange juice. You do need to buy laundry detergent,hand soap and shampoo. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Didn't have a coffee drip maker so you have to improvise to make coffee. Bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again."

"The property was great. We really enjoyed the monkeys and the Pavillion restaurant. The only problems were the tiny black ants in the kitchen and bedrooms. The bidet in the front bathroom did not work, there were only two towels per bathroom, and the front bathroom had no shower curtain or blinds on the bathroom shower for privacy, we couldn't find any kitchen towels."

"This place is amazing! It was like a private retreat with an exclusive beach almost to yourself. Access to The Pavillion Club pool and restaurant made the place even better. Wilfried is an amazing host and an outstanding communicator. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice private location to relax.
