"We came up for a special birthday stay with our “pup”. We love the location and have been door county visitors for over 20 years. We walked, hiked, explored, shopped a bit. We enjoyed the snow, the cold, the fireplace warmed us. Lovely place, gorgeous decor, comfortable furnishings. Kelly was exceptional in communication and answered any of our questions. We look forward to coming back. "

"Was very disappointed in our room. We’ve been staying at the lodge for more than a decade and this room did not have a jacuzzi bath tub, even though every single other time we’ve stayed there we’ve had one. Also, the new floors were very unwelcoming and not cozy/homey. We love everything about the Scandinavian lodge otherwise, we’re just very disappointed in that particular room. No outlets on the sides of the bed to charge phones. "

"Lovely A-frame on wooded lot. Well appointed inside- comfortable and nice bedding. Beautiful view of the woods from the master bedroom. Excellent water pressure in shower. Nice white towels. We had most everything we needed in the kitchen. No complaints. Would definitely stay again! We were on a winter getaway. Will go back when we can enjoy the patio :O) "
