"Our group of 6 (wife, friend, our three young kids, and myself) had a lovely time at this house. The house is bright, well maintained, clean, with a properly stocked kitchen. We had an amazing 3 day weekend without straying more than 10 minutes from the house. The kids loved the reading nook, boardgames, game room, and outdoor playset, while the adults spent most of our time on the lovely deck and outdoor seating. "Our stay at Rocky Bottom cabin one was wonderful. The cabin is cozy and has all you need for a short getaway. River and a fire pit in the back yard were a wonderful addition. We enjoyed the slower pace of life and a wonderful nature of the Catskills. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to see what this area has to offer. Robert was very helpful and cordial."

"Beautiful place, view is prime. The outdoor fire is awesome, the perfect spot to gather around. The myriad games are such great things to have. We left once over 3 days/nights. Owner and manager are super friendly and made the process seamless. Would definitely stay here again."

"We decided on a trip to Hunter Mountain with our family and some of my sons friends. I came across this house and let me tell you the pictures do not do it justice it’s even better in person!! We were beyond happy with the house and the location…. The house was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. So much room for our group of 13 including our golden retriever! The kids and adults loved the game room some adults even had a Pac-Man competition. We will definitely stay at this house...

"Amazing place! So cozy and comfortable. Close to so many trails. We dropped off the kids at Hunter Mountain to snowboard both days and went for 2 amazing hikes. Perfect bluebird days! Will definitely be back!"

"The cabin was nice and clean and exactly as pictured. Check in was easy and communication with the host was easy and prompt. It was nice to be able to relax by the fire pit and grill outside with our dog. We had a great time."

"The house was fantastic. Close to Hunter Mountain Ski Resort and a cute one street town. Peter and Lara had both wood burning stoves going for us when we arrived. The house is wonderful with a fun separate hang out place for the kids. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Hot tub with wonderful views. All the firewood you could ever need. We will be back for sure!"

"We had a great time at Greg’s property. The house is huge and easily accommodated the 25 guests we had. It is very conveniently located for those that like to take advantage of skiing between Hunter and Windham mountains. Greg was extremely responsive and very easy to work with anytime we had questions arise. I would definitely recommend to others and will most certainly keep this place in mind for future trips! "We, five adults and five children, enjoyed our stay at the cabin the three adult bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds, while the downstairs offered a separate place for the kids to have some separation the morning views of Belleayre were definitely the highlight while enjoying a cup of coffee the upstairs open kitchen/living/dining area fit us all comfortably A perfect ski weekend getaway with only a short drive to the mountain!"

"We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again."
