"The overall week we stayed here was very nice! The front door was very hard to open when we first got to the house, but we were able to get it open after some wiggling. Everybody walked the large beach at low tide and we got to see a decent amount of sea creatures! Specifically sea stars, sea snails, a sea slug, anemones, and seals! "This little cottage was PERFECT for our needs. We were coming over for the Fair, specifically the Matchbox 20 concert. We could park (they have space in front of the main house on the street) and walk everywhere we needed. There were good restaurants nearby, bodegas if you needed them, everything! The owner left us a complimentary bottle of wine, and some packets to make smores by the outside firepit, and the toiletries were all personalized by her. So cool! She had left the TV on this cool...

"The house was very well equipped and spotless on arrival. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a chance to use the kayaks provided for a paddle where we saw seals, eagles, and a salmon leaping out of the water. Great communication before during and after our stay. Easy check in and check out process. When we visit the area again we will check availability of this place first! "

"Great location, quiet, clean area. Beds were very comfortable, fluffy towels. Overall a very nice stay. We did not cook but the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked for cooking. Parking was great in the back. No outdoor seating area for this side of the rental. The refrigerator had leftover take out containers, old milk, unopened alcohol and other items. Freezer also had food and was dirty. Cabinets had opened food items too. Bathroom drawers had some other personal items. I don't mind there...

"Property no longer looks like the pictures online. My fixtures outside have been cleaned in a long time. In the hallway on third floor needs replaced along with the furniture. Room 326 needs someone to check the wall in the bathroom for a stain. Great breakfast offerings for a take and go type breakfast. Appreciated the transportation within 5 miles of the property being offered. Drivers and front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Room Needs to be checked for the lotion dispenser....
