"Apart hotel muito bom , confortável e bem equipado ( cozinha com todas as facilidades pra quem quer fazer ali algumas refeições). Tudo novinho e bem cuidado. Localização excelente, tem todo tipo de comércio ao redor : supermercado, restaurantes, bares e lanchontes ... basta descer o elevador e sair na rua. Trolebus, metro e ônibus para toda a cidade. Pessoal da recepção/escritório sempre muito atenciosos. Voltarei a me hospedar aqui."

Der Checkin hat auch nach der Öffnungszeit der Rezeption funktioniert. Wir hätten gerne Fahrräder reserviert, jedoch ist es nur bis 17 Uhr möglich und deswegen einen vollen ganzen Tag zusätzlich zu bezahlen wollten wir aucz nicht. Checkout war ebenfalls unkompliziert. "We enjoyed staying at the flat. It's a unique, arty, spacious flat and the landlady is very nice. The flat has everything you need. The kitchen is quite basic, but it doesn't matter because there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Parking is difficult and expensive if you want to park near the flat. When I come back to Rotterdam, I'd definitely stay here again."
