"The place is very good, big, clean, great structure, everything you need. On the third floor, can be complicated for those with many bags. Just missed a little bit of privacy in some occasions. I had issues with the AC and the guy who fixed it was inside the bedroom when I came back from work in the next day (I asked them to let me know when he would fix it). Also, in another time, they were entering the apartment without letting me know first. There's still construction working on the building...

"We loved staying here! It’s secluded, intimate, and just picture-perfect. Abner was a great host and responded to small hiccups we experienced throughout the stay. "Beautiful property and really awesome villa! There were so many tropical plants and flowers around the property and villa. It felt very peaceful and private. It was a very unique experience being in the villa because it’s all open floor plan with only screens separating you from the forest. There is no air conditioning but it was still pleasant with the fans and breeze. It was very damp though with all the humidity. Be warned, It is extremely remote. "The picture of the house was from the back. If a photo had been included of the front we wouldn’t have stayed. Nice inside but didn’t feel safe."

"Our familt of 4 had an excellent stay with Rose, Rod and family. Very personable hosts and Rose's cooking in amazing. The Cabin was very comfortable and was equipt with everything we needed and if we didn't we just had to ask. We'll definitely be back! "

"We stayed in the rooftop honeymoon suite for 3 nights and it did not disappoint! The view was amazing and we loved all the sounds of nature and looking at all the stars at night. It was very private and we had the beautiful pool to ourselves while we were there. Virginia and Louis set up our ATM tour for us and it was the highlight of our trip. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. We would definitely recommend Villa Cayo!"

"Just be prepared for a neighbor’s rooster that starts crowing right outside your window at 3am every morning and doesn’t stop until sunrise! Also there is no hot water which probably doesn’t usually matter unless you happen to be there on a chilly couple of days like we were! "

"Não é hotel para brasileiros. Sabe hotel precário de beira de estrada, então é pior um pouquinho. Instalações precárias, o teto é tipo de palha e cai uma sujeira em tudo (mala, roupas etc). Banheiro horroroso. Ficamos num dos bangalôs que tinha até um tamanho bom. Mas so isso de elogio. "
