"Spacious, and very comfortable house, perfect for our family get-together. We had 12 in our crew, and while just the upstairs could have worked well, having the lower apartment allowed us to spread out further.The grounds are fantastic -- with the fire pit, the hot tub, sitting by the pond -- and the views that go on forever from the front porch... day and night. Super convenient to Newbury and Sunapee.Add to that, Chris was a fantastic, communicative host."

Com muita sorte conseguimos um táxi, pela bagatela de 350 dólares, um absurdo. Os atendentes não tinham boa vontade em nos ajudar. Gostamos do quarto. Espaçoso e bem equipado. Fora isso, nenhum tipo de bebida alcoólica vendem no hotel. Nem um mísero vinho. Não voltaria. Café da manha péssimo. "

"We enjoyed our weekend stay! The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and the amazing view. Yes, the walls were thin and at times we could hear the next room, however most people are respectful of the quiet times posted and the room had a sound machine. We would definitely recommend this place! "

"Honestly, it was an absolutely amazing stay. Such a cool little property with so much attention to detail down to everything provided in the suites and on the grounds. I needed a place to stay while some work was being done on my house. I can see myself just staying for a night or two again. My daughter loved the pool and it was so close to Sunapee harbor yet far enough away that it was dead quiet at night. 10/10, highly recommended"
