LIVING AREA

Serving as the social hub of the condo, the open living room features a comfy sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and two sitting chairs. There’s plenty of space to kick back and watch your favorite shows on the 36” flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Modern stainless steel appliances shine and ample granite countertops provide plenty of space to prep meals.

The dining table seats six, and three additional seats are available at the breakfast bar.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Sleep soundly on a king bed in the master bedroom. This room also comes with a flat-screen TV and a private balcony with a coffee table and seating for two. Enjoy the luxury of a jetted tub and a double vanity in the open en-suite bathroom, which also includes a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features two full-size beds and a flat-screen TV. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Your third-floor condo offers outstanding views of downtown Gatlinburg from the balcony. Have your morning coffee outdoors at the table for four. A high-top table seats two more.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Called and let property management know our ac was not working and the cleaning people did not clean at all as soon as we arrived. The place never got cleaned and the ac repair guy did not show up until our last night there after 9pm. We called multiple times and was given the run around and was told someone would show up shortly every time we called. Was hung up on multiple times. Beds were horrible and hard as a rock. No signs to let people know that theirs an elevator to take to the strip and we ended walking up and down the big hill because lack of signs. Pathway for elevator is behind pool area.

Firefly adventure
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg. Love staying at Summit Manor. We have stayed there several times and all the units we have been in were very nice and clean. Enjoyed hiking to Rainbow Falls, Ober Gatlinburg, Dollywood and eating at all the awesome restaurants. Will certainly plan our next trip at Summit Manor. The convenience to downtown is great.

Great location
We enjoyed the condo and the convenience of the location which is a short walk to the parkway and a variety of restaurants and shops. It’s also very close to the park entrance. The only recommendation I would make to the owners is to invest in some new mattresses. Other than that, the condo is very comfortable.

Excellent location. Attention to cleanliness could be better.
We have rented units in this building multiple times. They have always been immaculate. The location cannot be beat. Gatlinburg is an elevator ride away. This was the first time, however, renting a Vacasa managed property. This entire property is cigarette/smoke free but upon arrival we noted an odor of cigarettes in the unit, ashtrays on the balcony, and fresh cigarette ashes on the outdoor furniture. I immediately reported the issue to Vacasa and was reassured the issue would be reported to their local crew and addressed as soon as possible. We stayed in the unit for a week and never received any further contact from Vacasa. If any attempt to clean the unit was made after our arrival, we received no notice and evidence of anyone coming into the unit while we were out was not visible. I spent $60 on cleaning supplies and my first night of vacation cleaning this condo. I give the location of the building 5 stars but only 1 star to cleanliness and attentiveness from the management company.

Amazing Condo
The condo was everything and more than we expected! Clean, great location for walking everywhere, loaded kitchen for all your cooking needs, all necessary appliances, huge dining table to eat or play games, great internet connection, t.v. ×3 were great, comfortable beds, great pillows ( that's a first) wonderful bathrooms, nice 2 balconies, easy to book, great communications, helpful when needed, We highly recommend this beautiful place!! Will definitely return!

Perfect location!
This was the perfect location for our trip! Right on the strip so our family could walk wherever we needed to go. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and out! Beds were really comfy. Will definitely stay here again!

Really nice place
This place was perfect for our family stay in Gatlinburg. It was very convenient for walking to the Ober and downtown restaurants. Nice balconies and open main area for the times you need to be indoors. We would stay here again! The property management team was great and very communicative via text. Note: They are giving a small gift for me to leave a review, regardless of the content of the review.

Unit was as advertised. It was plenty of space for us to enjoy a weekend of skiing. The lift is directly on the other side of the road from the condo on main road thru town. We did not need to drive anywhere for the weekend. Great place to stay will definitely stay there again.

The condo isn’t exactly where the listing showed it on the map, but it’s not too far off. Maybe a block or 2 and on the opposite side of the road, but still in a good location. The condo was pretty clean, and it had enough room for us.

Great condo
This condo is in a great location just off many of the main attractions in Gatlinburg. It was clean and all furnishing were pretty updated. Only complaint (more of a preference on my end) the beds were VERY firm. Overall it was a great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great for walking around Gatlinburg and also for exploring Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We really liked that there were 2 parking spots since we had a friend joining us and we each had our own vehicle.

This unit is in the perfect location and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our week in Gatlinburg and enjoyed being in the heart of everything. Close to many great restaurants, attractions and the trolley stop is at the base of the drive. Would definitely stay in this unit again when in Gatlinburg.

Very nice
The condo was clean. The kitchen had all full sized appliances and everything needed to prepare your own meals. The only problem we had was that the key code would not work to let us in. We called the number given for help and quickly were helped by a very pleasant lady over the phone. We chose to use the old fashioned key that was in the lock box beside the door rather than having someone come mess with the keypad on the door. We had no further problems. It was a great stay!
