Welcome to the Sasquatch Lodges! Come stay with us at our comfortable, child friendly lodge located in the heart of the Art District in Gatlinburg. This property is close to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

This is the perfect mountain cabin getaway property for you and your group! People always say, "Location, Location, Location" and this is in the heart of the art district.

The Space:
This is one unit in a duplex in the center of the art district in Gatlinburg. This two story unit has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and a sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2), and a sleeper sofa in the media room along with two trundles in the media room as well (sleeps 4). So - the unit can sleep a total of 12 people in beds! There are 3 large decks attached to each room that look over the Great Smoky Mountains. The master bedroom has its own deck, the living room has a deck, and the two bedrooms and the media room downstairs are all attached to a large deck. There are two off-street parking spaces, and a third space can be requested and approved by the Property Manager. There is also a gravel parking lot two doors down for overflow parking if given a 24 hour approval request.

Key-less front door entry. We provide the following starter set of supplies for each reservation.

+ For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located outside the unit door
+ Flexible for party size if booked with one or multiple of the other units in the estate
+ Onsite parking is provided for two vehicles per unit, if you require 1 additional vehicle to be at the complex, please ask the owner for advance approval for accommodations
+ If there is an issue with your unit or with the cleanliness of the property, inform The HOST immediately upon arrival to get resolved
