Central Gatlinburg’s shops, restaurants, and amenities, along with the Sugarlands entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, lie 14 miles to the west, with lots of shops, restaurants, and other attractions along the way. Pay a visit to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, 19 miles away; get a bird’s eye view of the mountains from Ober Gatlinburg; or escape into the woods on any of the park’s myriad hiking trails. Guests also have access to three outdoor pools in Cobbly Nob, the Cobbly Nob Clubhouse, and golf at Bent Creek Golf Course.

At home, outdoor highlights include a spectacular mountain view and a vast deck from which to enjoy it. Inside, you’ll find three levels of living space and a continuation of that gorgeous view thanks to enormous picture windows. Spend time snuggling up in front of the soaring wood-burning fireplace. At the same time, the family chef can make mealtime magic in the sleek, well-equipped kitchen, where stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, and gleaming granite countertops make food prep a pleasure. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
