Contemporary furnishings and cozy ambiance that goes along with the cabin-like feel, welcomes you into this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 2 balconies on the second floor. Handcrafted barn wood pieces, touches of pinecones and the famous black bears are decorative touches throughout these freshly painted rooms. The open concept design leads to an easy flow from the fully equipped kitchen with granite tops and a breakfast bar to the dining area and great room with stone fireplace with gas logs and large tv, then sliding door opening onto the balcony where you can star gaze, watch the tram go up and down the mountain or drink your morning coffee. After a busy day of hiking and sightseeing unwind in the Jacuzzi in the main bedroom where your specially created barn wood king bed promises sweet dreams. Surprise - you have your own special balcony with wood furnishings. The main bath has double granite vanities and a supersize tile walk in shower. Bring friends and family to enjoy the guest room with 2 queen beds. They will appreciate the split bath with pocket door for the tub shower area. During the day, if you’re not downtown or on the ski-slopes, take a jump into the heated pool and Jacuzzi. There is an elevator near the pool to take you to street level. Condo has hard wired fire alarm and sprinkler system. You are on the Parkway, so you park once and walk or ride the free trolley. Gatlinburg can satisfy food for every taste bud - pancakes, seafood at Chesapeake's, Barbecue at Calhoun's and steaks at Cherokee Grill. Sugarland Visitor Center, your gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 2.2 miles away. Sevier County has pleasure for the 4 seasons, wildflower hikes in spring, summer fun splashing in the river, fall color not seen anywhere else and 15 million lights glowing for Winterfest. Parkway location for fully furnished and equipped condo ready for rental market or your family's special place.

Cozy Condo
The condo was great it was beautifully decorated just as advertised. Very clean. Very close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg to shops and places to eat. We had quite a few visitors every day/night the week we stayed. Seamless check in/out process. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent!
This probably is the cleanest place we've ever rented. It was close to the Gatlinburg strip, so we walked everywhere and saved on parking. The condo was spacious and quiet. We didn't hear any of the neighbors. Quick response from the owners when we had a question. Perfect place to stay and will stay there if we visit again. Thanks!

Perfect location for Gatlinburg family vacation
Well-appointed and very comfortable condo in the heart of Gatlinburg! We’re a family of 5 with three boys, ages 13, 11, and almost-9 and we all had a wonderful time! Easy walking distance to town and attractions. The condo was immaculate with comfy beds, a full kitchen, a jetted tub, smart TVs, and is adorably decorated with bears, which became our favorite daily sighting (don’t worry, they’re not looking for trouble, just snacks, but DO NOT FEED THE BEARS). We were a close drive to the National Park and Roaring Fork and the owners put together a notebook with favorite activities, restaurants, etc. that helped guide some of our choices when we didn’t know where we wanted to visit next. Check-in was a breeze and the owners were communicative and checked on us to make sure we had everything we need. Would definitely recommend and the kids are already asking when we can revisit! 😊

Great location, right in the heart of Gatlinburg, nicely furnished condo, with mountain charm. We would definitely recommend to others and hope to have the ability to stay here again in the future! Perfect family friendly condo in the heart of Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains
The condo is perfect for small families looking to explore Gatlinburg and the Great Smokey Mountains. The condo itself is beautifully furnished, and very kid friendly. The kitchen had all the necessary items, the bedrooms were very spacious, and the living room was very communal and accommodative to our family. Parking was very easy, and we used the pool a few times, which was a short walk downstairs. The location itself was perfect, as we were able to visit all the stores and attractions that we had pinned prior to arriving. Checking in was a breeze, and the hosts also followed up to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great stay in Gatlinburg.

Mountain Getaway
Luxurious & comfortable condo with easy access to Gatlinburg strip & restaurants. My sister & I treated our 80 year old parents to a serene trip to the mountains. This condo was the perfect location with all ammenities. My parents had no issue walking around thanks to the service elevator from the condo to street level to the strip. We really enjoyed Howard's restaurant & rainbow trout. Highly recommend this condo!

Only good things to say about this rental! Great location within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, and shops! Well decorated, very comfortable and clean, and spacious for our family of four. Would definitely rent again if we go back to Gatlinburg!

PERFECTION! Amazing location! Thoroughly enjoyed!
I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Unit is exactly as described, pristine clean and thoughtfully decorated. One of the best vacation rentals, and we have done many. Great hosts! - Air purifier in unit helps if you have allergies. - Two balconies with clean comfortable furniture overlook mountains. - Plentiful parking and elevator in building, as well as luggage carts. Make move in/out days simple. - There is an elevator that takes you down to street level so you don’t need to walk up the big hill. It’s behind the pool area, follow the metal railing between the two buildings. - Digital thermostat you can control as well as ceiling fans to keep you comfy. - Pool and hot tub open in warmer months, on the small side. - Best part - Easy walk to all Gatlinburg attractions, restaurants, shops. I mean tons! Truly one of the best locations! - For dining options, Howard’s, Calhoun’s, Cherokee Grill and Brewery are all right next door a 5 min walk. We tried all except the Brewery and food is excellent! Howard’s was a favorite and in warmer weather they have outdoor dining overlooking the babbling creek. Many other options all walkable. Including Jason Aldean’s which has entertainment. - Anakeesta and Tuckaleechee Caverns are a must see! - Almost everywhere in town offers a military discount so just ask. The biggest savings was for Dolllywood, buy tickets through ID.me.

Location, Location, Location!!
Wow! This condo was exactly as pictured! Cleanliness was to perfection. Comfort and Convenience went beyond expectations. Our teenager and his buddy that stayed in an adjacent condo loved the freedom of walking the strip and we lived that we did not have to worry about them driving while we were there! The condo is close to the strip, BUT you do not get the noise from the strip. The location was ideal for dining (The Peddler, Park Grill and Howard's Sunday Brunch!) options and as well as driving options as it is close to the park entrance for access to both it and the bypass if you want to travel to Pigeon Forge to avoid the strip traffic. My boys enjoyed fishing the river (especially by youngest whom got to enjoy the new 12 and under fishing spot and the front of the strip). We will be back!

The property was awesome! It is in a wonderful location. Walking to town took no time. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. It fit my family of 5 perfectly. The communication with the host was great as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Walk to everything in downtown Gatlinburg.
Functional unit for 2 teenagers and parents. Having 2 bathrooms was a blessing. They each had their own bed, so they didn't mind sharing a room. Unit was decorated for Christmas with a tree and lighted pine garland around the fireplace. Really made our visit special! Loved all the bear-themed decor, super homey and cozy! Having the gas fireplace was an added bonus. Master bedroom and bathroom (particularly the shower/toilet room) is much colder than the rest of the unit, so having the extra blankets was nice. Possibly changing out the bath fan for one with a heater option would solve this. Already booked it for next Thanksgiving!

The cook family enjoyed every bit of our stay. We always rent a cabin high in the mountains. We decided to try something different this year. When I say we had the best of both worlds I am not kidding. Amazing views, location to the strip within steps and we got to see bears. (Best part of our trip according to our children) We will definitely be marking this as one of our favorite spots and will be renting here every year. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. I couldn’t find one thing to complain about if I had to. We look forward to next year!

There’s a reason this condo has so many 5⭐️ ratings!
This is a beautiful unit in what I consider one of (if not THE) best locations in Gatlinburg. The unit is immaculate and well-stocked. Easy walking access to everything in town. Super-easy check in and out process and Steven and Lola are very quick to respond to any questions. We were sad to leave this morning. I can’t recommend this rental enough! Thanks for an amazing getaway!

Great location and beautiful property!
This place is absolutely beautiful! The distance to the strip is short and the elevator(once we found it. Which was our fault. We were given directions) makes getting down there a breeze. You can walk down a hill, but it’s steep. The split balcony was cool and the place is decorated like you would see most cabins. It’s was clean and had almost everything we needed! My only suggestion to others would be bring some extra blankets, the one on the bed is a little thin and there aren’t extras. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Loved this place!
Kurt and Kathyk's condo was fantastic. We actually got the two condos they own which are side by side for our family. It was so convenient to be together. The location is great being right downtown and we didn't have to drive or park. The inside was so clean and decorated beautifully! Loved the outdoor theme! All the amenities were high end and they had everything we needed and more! Would give this place 5 stars and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property close to the park entrance
From the minute you enter the condo you can tell it is well cared for, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your time in the area. I chose this property base on location to the park entrance and photos. Communication with owners was excellent and check-in check-out process was easy. Owners were available to help with anything that we needed.
