"The property has been recently renovated. The property is comfortable and well stocked for all vacation needs. The property has a beautiful view of Gasparilla Sound. We sat on the back deck, drank coffee, and watched the dolphins in the sound. Maria was very helpful when we needed assistance and easy to communicate with. It was such a treat!"

"Was perfect. Great location. Property just as advertised. Close to Cappy’s market which has everything including great food. Would suggest getting a golf cart to get around. Is 15 minute ride to Gasperilla. Beautiful marina view. And for us. Was very quiet. We will return . Oh btw. Manatees wandering the marina!!"

We had direct access to a beautiful part of the beach. The atmosphere of the condo community is warm and family friendly.
