"House was awesome, location amazin. If I wanted to be picky the following is what I picked on but otherwise was a great stay. -we did state there was 9 of us but only 8 towels were provided. -States coffee machine but unusable as was filthy and had to descale but didn’t help. -Also says ice maker but these are only trays in the freezer. May of had one before but not now. - bbq rusty so we didn’t use- outdoor table was filthy - messaged and tried calling host to find out about keys and not one...

"Pros Views, location and cleanliness were spot on. Instant hot showers was lovely too. Cons If you are bringing a large car or boat this place isn’t for you unfortunately. Extremely narrow driveway which means you have to leave your car and boat down by the road. Taking our fishing gear, esky etc to and fro daily was exhausting. Really think this should be mentioned in the notes about the house access. Needed some spray and wipe to clean kitchen through out the stay and enough toilet paper...

"We spent Christmas in the house which was fantastic ! Very well equipped kitchen, large open living areas with a superb deck area. Sunsets every day from the deck were spectacular. Pool was used each day and air con in home works very well. Would highly recommend this home. Easy walk to town too. "

"This was our first stay in Exmouth as a family. The Villa was perfect for what we needed. Self contained with all cooking gear we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside. Check in directions were straight forward and easy to follow. Local shops are a 5 minute walk down the road with coffee shops. Iga and the local pub with some retailers. The location is perfect. The property doesn’t have a pool but the local community pool is right next door "

"Rigtig god beliggenhed og dejligt område. Eneste skuffelse var en dårlig rengøring af værelse. Møjbeskidt gulv i værelse og bad ved ankomst. Spurgte om at få gjort rent og det hjalp ikke første gang. Næste dag fortsat beskidt. Tent blev det aldrig i de 4 dage, vi var der. Vi gik ikke med sko inde, så en grundigere generel rengøring er at foretrække. Ærgerligt at standard ikke er højere og at management ikke selv checker. "
