There’s a large kitchen/dining area with a warming wood burner, an ideal spot to chat about the day and rustle up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. A living area with cosy sofa seating to relax any weary legs from all the fabulous walking routes this area has to offer. Outside there’s a private rear garden area with the icing on the cake, a hot tub to enjoy.
Situated in the quiet village of Garndolbenmaen in the Snowdonia National Park, this cottage is near to one of the new UNESCO World Heritage sites for Wales Slate - ’Gorseddau and Prince of Wales Slate Quarries, Railways and Mill’. This is a perfect central location for Porthmadog home to the Welsh Highland Steam Railway, Cricieth perfect for spotting porpoises in the bay, and Harlech home to another World Heritage Site Harlech Castle, the Llyn Peninsula and the Snowdonia mountains and passes are all within easy reach. There’s excellent scenic hill walks right from the doorstep. Beach 7 miles.
