"Our family stayed during the 2024 Eclipse, and we enjoyed an amazing experience in a beautiful location! Pros: excellent location right on the lake, well-stocked kitchen with relatively sharp knives (unusual for a rental!), great communication with the local agent, easy check-in and check-out. It was actually a bigger space than it looked like in the photos online. Cons: The plumbing is a little funky - the sink and downstairs toilet gurgles when you flush the upstairs toilet. "This July we had a family reunion in Newport with 66 people attending. My large-ish family wanted to stay together and the accommodations in the lodge at Fogg Brook Resort could not have been more perfect. The space was large enough for 10 of us to be together without being on top of each other and the deck space added even more room for us to enjoy. We've recommended Fogg Brook's VRBO space to everyone at our event and will definitely stay there again!"

"We were up over the Christmas holiday and got snow on Christmas eve for a white Christmas. The cabin was just perfect size. The owners were very accommodating. We travel with a pet and they had no problem with their accommodations either. All and all we had a great experience. 5 stars!"

"I can’t say enough how amazing our time was at this campground. The cottage was adorable! So comfortable and cozy. It’s small, but it was all we needed. My daughter and I stayed there for a concert. There are three different playgrounds, a large community fire pit, beautiful pool, bouncy pillow, games room, and mini golf. The people were so friendly and helpful! The bathrooms are adorable and clean. I can’t say enough how much I loved this place I seriously am thinking of taking another trip...
