"We had a wonderful time visiting with family and the floor plan was perfect. We always use VRBO when we travel… and I will say that this property was one of the easiest to navigate in the kitchen.. very well stocked! The last time we used VRBO in Statesboro.. I had to go buy a couple of pans for cooking!"

"We booked The Pond House for Homecoming weekend and were completely satisfied with our stay! Super easy checkin and the house was beautiful. The host left us some handpicked flowers and fresh apples, both were fantastic. Our kids loved the pond and we loved the quiet, peaceful surroundings! We will certainly stay here again."

"Wonderful home with a pool. Great house for our vacation. A couple minor issues to mention: 1) Reached out to Mngt Company to ask about TV's in bedrooms. There were none showing in the pics, so i asked. I was told 2 of the 3 rooms were equipped with TV's. No room had a TV except living room. I had to buy one since we didn't bring one. 2) The house could use some extra cleaning. Under furniture, in cabinets, mainly places that wouldn't get touched as often. Overall we had a great time and...

"Overall, satisfied. Roomy, nice couches, etc. Had some ants in the sink and a cockaroach on the last day. The public elevator, which has a private code for residences, was filthy!. We were there for a family wedding and booked many of the 'apartments' which were really houses in one building which was pretty cool!! Picture's were accurate. Place is a little dates, but worked for us. "
