"It's close to the river which is awesome, but it's a bit far from the city. Nothing much to do around the hotel. The staff at the counter didn't tell us where all the facilities are, and there is no information board anywhere. We need to ask to find them. Room is nice and roomy, also got free update to the river view which we appriciate. Shower is nice and hot. Also like the idea using the filter water tap instead of bottle water."

"O hotel é lindo, bem localizado e super limpo! O quarto tem uma vista incrível mas as janelas são lacradas. Ficar sem ventilação natural é horrível, parece que estamos presos numa caixa. A cama e os travesseiros são perfeitos, extremamente confortáveis! A sensação é de dormir nas nuves! A piscina não pega muito sol mas o local é agradável. Café da manhã ok."

"- Staff was prompt and accomodating - Restaurant staff was helpful and pleasant to ask for water, or kitchen utensils - Gym & Fitness Room was well equipped for a hotel gym, very impressed. - Room was tidy and clean, bring your own lotion, but it has body wash and shampoo in the washrooms. Overall enjoyed the stay, nothing bad to say about this hotel. "

"At first after I checked in I opened the door and was put off by stains on the carpet and chair. Hotel definately looks worn down. I had 2 super thin pillows on my king size bed. Phone did not connect to reception. I would have checked out but was prepaid so went to reception. Very nice, apologetic and helpful. Got thick pillows soon after. "Tribe is a great value hotel but parking is a bit challenging. It seems all the property parking is unavailable so only option is on the street. Staff indicated this was the only option and was clear there would be no parking in the building. We paid $12.00 for parking on the street from 8-11am, although free from 6pm to 8:00am. Luckily there was a spot close by. "
