"The stay was very lovely. All things that we needed or would desire were available (beach towels, sand buckets, golf cart, cooking supplies, games, etc). The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy! Very convenient location( easy access to indoor pool, basketball court, pond, beach). We have stayed at Oceanside Village for years and this property was one of our favorites- even plenty of yard space."

"The owner gave the wrong lockbox code to enter the property in email correspondence. Neighbor outside smoking saw us struggling to get in at 10pm. Said she could help she lets the maintenance in. Dishes were left in dishwasher from previous guest. Towels were old and stained."

There were games, movies, magazines, three televisions, great seating and an ocean right out the front door. Easy parking, easy entry and a convenient location. "First of all Brian, the owner is awesome. Great communication and very courteous. I have rented from him the last two years. This house was very clean and to be pet friendly you wouldn't think pets were previously here. TV's, Wi-Fi, AC/Heat worked great and the beds were really decent. My wife and kids were very happy with this house. The location is great as well just across from the Park. Can't wait to come back. "

"The place is nice. A little dated and some old dirt in places that just never got dealt with but nothing that we needed to complain about. Will use this place again next year!!!"
