As for the property, it’s on its way to luxury with a little more work. We stayed in the 2br 2ba apartment. Full kitchen but dishes are very little. 1 wine glass, I regular glass, 2 tea cups, 1 pot, 2 of everything else and we had to request a knife. We stayed for 1 week.
