"I fell in love as soon as I saw the cottage. I came here with my son's. We didn't get to do much since our stay was short and there was a downpour, but it perfect to unwind/de-stress. Loved the VCR and the movie selection. It took me back to the day's when my eldest son was younger (now an adult). Funny how he only chose the cartoon movies to play. "This is my friend and my third time coming to the ADK region for vacation in the fall-this is by far our best experience yet. Joe not only sent an email with the check in process but also made sure I received it and had his cell phone number for any issues. The cabin was spotless and cozy- the little touches of decorations/candles gave it a very welcoming feel. The area was beautiful, so many places to hike and explore! It was great to have a fire by the river in the evenings and a cup of coffee...

"My husband, myself, and our pup had a truly relaxing mini vacay from Sunday to Thursday at Elms Waterfront Cottages! Hassle free from the start! I needed to make a date change and was easily accommodated, and when we arrived later than we expected, there was note with instructions….go to cabin x and the keys are there. We did pay extra for housekeeping but that was well worth it,the 2 women were so friendly and didn’t charge much. The location was great, right on a small section of the Hudson...

"Beautiful house on a beautiful lot right on the river. Everything you would need is there except for food and beverage. We had a great Labor Day weekend!"

"My adult daughter, our dog, and I stayed for 2 nights - it was quaint and cozy. We had the gas fireplace on twice when it got chilly outside, and bought our meals from local restaurants and ate them inside the cabin. We went for walks and explored gift shops - the cabin was in a great location. Austin (property host) was excellent - answered my questions and gave suggestions for dining and beaches. My daughter and i had a wonderful, relaxing stay."
