These are old. Let's start there. But upkept somewhat decently. The couch was heavily stained and there was a great deal of dust. After a long day of driving, we arrived around 5pm. We unloaded our bags and headed out to dinner and for other activities. We were only staying the night as we had an early cruise time in the morning.
When we got in that night around 930ish. The internet was not working. I tried a few things and finally gave up. I didn't call them as I couldnt have someone there that late - I have a 3 year old that was sleeping. The MAJOR issue though is that the next morning after we woke up to get ready - we discovered there was no hot water. Not even warm water. The shower would run cold water with 3-4 seconds of warm/hot water at a time then immediately back to cold. This made it impossible to shower in any kind of comfortable manner. After my husband's attempt, we gave up and had to start our cruise vacation with no showers. I immediately let the company know as we were leaving. They apologized and that was it. Once I got back to the US, I asked for a pro-rated refund due to the issues we had. They only apologized again and said they would follow up. A week later with no response, I reached out again. I got some canned response about maintenance only being able to be scheduled and mentions of painting...not even a single mention of the water or other issues. Stay away from Beach Box - they don't care if you get what you pay for or not.
