"Pelican Place" offers everything you’ll need to fulfill your beach vacation dreams. Beautifully decorated interior with fun coastal decor. Direct gulf & beach views from the private & spacious large balcony that carry over into the home. Enjoy the natural light & ocean views from both the kitchen, dining & living room areas. Perfectly located by the beach walkover & the Beach Club pool. Get ready to make some lasting memories by reserving this gorgeous vacation home for your family and friends. *This vacation rental is equipped with ring doorbell and cameras for your security and protection.

"Pelican Place" features an open floor plan with cable TV in the living room, Roku tv's in all bedrooms and high-speed wireless internet throughout. Enjoy comfortable sleeping arrangements with a king bed in the en-suite master bedroom, a king in the second bedroom and two queen beds in the third bedroom. Additionally, there is an air mattress. Sleeps 8 in comfort.
A storage locker is provided with this unit.

RESORT FEE:
The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. The fee is $25 per person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, workout facility, basketball & pickle ball court. Resort sponsored activities are offered during the year for family fun. Sippin on Sunshine Restaurant and Bar is located at the Beach Club and is open seasonally.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase closer to your arrival date. For questions about the fee or amenities, please contact the Beach Club at

**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds, offered amenities, the pools, beach, elevators or restaurant.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcome before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Rental is equipped with Ring doorbell.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
