Walk into the open concept living/dining room large and roomy for both short and long term vacations to the beach. Guests may enjoy the Gulf facing patio from both the living area and the primary bedroom areas. The living area features a 55", flat-screen smart television with Infinity cable. You will love the large leather couch with chaise in the den. The fully equipped kitchen includes full size side by side refrigerator with ice maker, full electric oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and full-size washer/dryer for your convenience. All of the dishes, utensils and cooking implements needed are supplied in this property including a small and large crock pot & air fryer! The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and 32" flat-screen television. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower - larger than most, The second bedroom also features a king-size bed and 32" television. The full second bath features a combination shower/tub. Also features two twin roll-away beds that are stowed in the closed - convenient to use wherever you like. There is a full size washer and dryer off the kitchen for guest use.
An inflatable queen bed air mattress with electric pump is also provided.
THE DAWN CONDOMINIUMS
The Dawn is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, can’t be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds and feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), a poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking. The is a gated community.
All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. All kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool.
NOTES
This condo is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. However "The View at the Top is Always Worth the Climb!" Be prepared to take 2 flights of stairs to the front door.
All reservations at The Dawn Condominiums require a parking fee per vehicle. The fee is $40 for the first 3 nights or $50 for 4 or more per car for parking upon arrival at The Dawn.
When registering at The Dawn guests will receive their pool/gym bands (up to 6 for a one-bedroom and up to 8 for a two-bedroom) and access codes for parking gates, walk-through gates and for the fitness center. Pool/gym bands should be returned to The Dawn prior to departure.
Guests with limited mobility should consider parking and stairs to access unit, as The Dawn does not have elevators.
Outside/exterior vidoe security surveillance is present at this complex for the security of the home and our guests.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online so please message us with your request.
