Step back in time & escape to this 2-bedroom, 1 bath beauty, nestled in the heart of Galveston's historic district. Stroll to local delights, then hit the beach - build sandcastles, collect seashells, & toast epic sunsets. Even dig a beach bonfire pit for magical evenings under the stars.

Your historic adventure awaits!

The Space:
SLEEPING: There are 2 bedrooms. The back bedroom is a queen size bed and the second bedroom is also a queen size bed.

Downstairs there is a kitchen with a bar top for additional seating along with a dining room table. There is a washer and dryer. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa used for 2 additional sleepers.

PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 3PM

EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS:
Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Check-in is ‪at ‬3:00 pm. Check-out is ‪at 11:00 a.m.‬ Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, housekeepers are on tight schedules. Please honor the check-out time.‬‬ Early check-ins and late check-outs are only available if another guest is not checking in or out of the property on the same day. To request an early check-in or a late check-out please message me no more than 24 hours in advance, and if available we will send you the early check-in fees.

Guest Access:
Guest's get private access to the entire back house.

You are given one parking pass per reservation, not per guest, not per stay and not per numbers of vehicles that you bring. The parking pass is good for one car ONLY. Please keep in mind that parking in front of the home is never guaranteed and we have no "ownership" rights to the parking space of a public street. These spaces are limited and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.

We guarantee you a free parking with the parking pass anywhere vehicles are allowed.

For a laid-back vibe, rent a golf cart from nearby vendors (trust us, it's a Galveston staple!) and cruise in style. Feeling adventurous? Bring your bike and cycle along scenic paths or conquer the Seawall.

No wheels? No worries! The free Island Transit bus whisks you to major attractions, and taxis are readily available. Plus, Galveston is surprisingly compact, so walking can be a delightful way to soak in the atmosphere.

Tip: Grab a "Galveston Island Beachcomber" guide at the Visitor Center for maps, bike routes, and insider tips!

No Parties or Large Gatherings:
-Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
-The maximum occupancy limit must be respected at all times.

Violation Consequences:
-Violation of these house rules may result in the loss of your deposit and immediate termination of your stay.
- This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please respect the peaceful atmosphere.

Parking:
-Please avoid parking on the neighbors' properties.
-Park only in designated parking areas.

Booking Party:
-The person booking the rental must be at least 25 years old and must be staying at the property.
-Violating this rule may result in the termination of the booking and no refund.

Check-In and Check-Out:
-Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 PM.
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and require prior approval.

Noise and Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Please be mindful of noise levels, as this is a family-friendly neighborhood.

Safety and Security:
- Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
- Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your party.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible.

Garbage and Recycling:
- Dispose of garbage and recycling in designated bins and locations.
- Follow local recycling and waste disposal guidelines.

Respect for Neighbors:
- Be respectful of the neighbors and their properties.
- Avoid disruptive behavior and excessive noise.

Compliance:
- A refundable damage deposit of $500.00 is required and will be returned after check-out, provided the property is left undamaged.
- Failure to comply with these house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay and loss of your deposit.

You will have access to the home via a keyless entry system. You'll have your very own personal code. We give you your privacy, but are always available via messenger if you need to get in touch! This is our family beach vacation home and we love seeing your photos and hearing about wonderful memories being made here!
