You'll be just a few steps from the sandy shore, where you can spend your days sunbathing, beachcombing, surfing, and swimming. The condo is also right at the end of the seawall (along which you'll find many restaurants, shops, and recreational outfitters) and three miles southwest of Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Moody Gardens.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
