If you are looking for a more casual option, fire up the gas grill on the shaded lower patio and cook up some burgers. Don't worry about leaving the furry members of the family at home, as this getaway is dog-friendly!

***Access to home: must go through the garage or walk around through the lawn to access the stairs. No garage door opener; must physically lift the garage door. Must go up full flight of stairs to access the home. The stairs are slip-resistant.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Home has a canal dock attached. A public boat launch is located about 2 miles from the home, at the I-45 turnaround.
Swimming in the canal is allowed, but the bottom is very soft/muddy.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
