Inside, the open-concept living area includes an oversized smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped for guests, featuring full-size appliances, stone countertops, and a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar. There is plenty of sleeping space in this home for your family and friend retreat with a cool bunk room that all the kids can escape to. Multiple balconies have an amazing ocean view, and the beach is a short walk with a dune walkover from this amazing home. If you'd prefer to frolic in the water at your vacation home, go for a dip in the new pool or soak in the spa. Guests with electric vehicles have the convenience of using the charging station for adventures ahead. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
