"The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality. "

"Fomos muito bem tratados e bem atendidos em todos nossos pedidos solicitados ao hotel, nos receberam muito bem, os quartos com carpetes tem um cheiro meio forte. Existem alas mais antigas. A alimentação é bem cheia de variedade, porém muito especifica ao público israelense, com muita pimenta. Mas fora isso fomos muito bem tratados, atenciosos, solicitos em tudo eu voltaria sim! Lugar parece um interior. Super tranquilo para descansar dos lugares agitados. "
