"The place is very good, big, clean, great structure, everything you need. On the third floor, can be complicated for those with many bags. Just missed a little bit of privacy in some occasions. I had issues with the AC and the guy who fixed it was inside the bedroom when I came back from work in the next day (I asked them to let me know when he would fix it). Also, in another time, they were entering the apartment without letting me know first. There's still construction working on the building...

"The setting was beautiful. Our unit was spotlessly clean and had beautiful views. The employees were all very friendly and we had all of our needs met. My only complaint had nothing to do with the resort. The beaches are not clean. It was heartbreaking for me to walk each morning and see the amount of trash mostly plastic on all of the surrounding beaches. Maybe the resort could offer some type of incentive. A free drink in exchange for a bag of garbage. I would come back to this place but...

"First off, the owners and manager are awesome. They are very responsive, and communicate very well. The location was perfect for us, in the middle of Hopkins town. You are able to get the feel for day to day life of the residence. The people were fantastic. The place is nice and quaint, but we loved it. My wife and I both agree, the only thing it was lacking was a couch in the lounge. But honesty, we loved the place and our time in Belize. Nice work!!"

"Blue Moon Cabana is as described in its online advertising. Very well kept with no mechanical issues. Also well provisioned with kitchen equipment and other necessities. It is not resort-like. You are in the center of the town, You will have lots of contact with the local residents. We found them to be very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I were to return to Hopkins."

"The property was a little smaller than we expected, so it was a little less ventilated than we hoped. However, the beachfront was very peaceful and mostly quiet. The location is also very convenient. Whenever we had issues Mirko was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would book again. "

"I was traveling with my my 17 year old daughter. I did not feel safe and left within 5 minutes of arriving. We travel all over the USA and we've stayed in san pedro and San ignacio. We are not divas by any means. We love to camp so when I say it was bad it was. The door handle did not latch let alone lock. There was a dead bolt that worked. Nine of the windows locked. "It was easy to reserve this house in Hopkins in mid-July and we drove straight to it thanks to thorough directions from the house manager because there is no house number. The house manager lives nearby and she communicated regularly and was very accessible. Although the roof has a great view of the town of Hopkins, there is no roof awning or umbrella to protect one from the sun so it is a sun bathing experience!"

"WORST STAY IN BELIZE Terrible stay, dirty, they didn't clean our room one day, they didn't let us know that the hotel restaurant would be closed and we had no option for breakfast or dinner. The shower in the room was either too hot or too cold, terrible for taking a shower.
