Although it was cold outside the air unit did well of keeping the temperature comfortable.The area is within walking distance of Lucas Oil Live, which is why we made the trip. Extremely convenient to the activities at WinStar.We felt some information probably needs to be shared. The shower is outside of the globe and is a steel bath tub located in an area of no heat. "I had a great time with my family and friends, pets have plenty of room to roam. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable and clean. The house was cozy and welcoming. Definitely worth coming back to visit for all the nice seasons! 10/10 would recommend for people who want to get out and have a great time with nice scenery."

"This property is perfect for big families. It has everything you need. "

"The house was perfect for us, parents, teen, and couple with 2 dogs We had enough room for everyone and the backyard was big enough for the dogs to run comfortably "

"Great place, owner was more than accomodating"

"We had 6 adults and 2 children stay. It is big enough to play games at the table and all lounge around. It is not really one year old friendly with stairs, rock fire place, and ashes within reach all the time. The cooking utensils were a bit lacking to fix food for that many people- pots and pans. Overall it was a good stay. Sad we didn’t try the hot tub but I looked at it and it looked great."

"This beautiful lake house was perfect for me and my siblings and our families. We decided this year to rent a lake house and enjoy each other. We didnt give the kids the wifi pass code lol wedid activities with them an"

"We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving at the Dry Fork Ranch with our Texas family and friends. Not only was the property very accommodating when cooking and prepping Thanksgiving dinner, there was plenty of seating and gave me all the Holiday feel with two decorated Christmas trees! We absolutely loved our stay and the beautiful “country” sunsets that was suprisingly minutes to our friends and shopping! Thank you for sharing this home. I will be planning another stay here! "

"We loved our stay and will highly recommend this property to others!! My daughter left her purse at the property and we didn't realize until the next day. Our hosts reached out and through their care and great communication, we were able to get her purse back from the next guest who were so kind. Thankful for how they took care of us during our stay but also afterwards! "

"Nice place, comfortable stay "

"This is a nice spot. This was my second time staying here which says a lot. Although it’s in a very quiet neighborhood, it is close to the train tracks and you do get your occasional train that goes by, but I believe it somehow adds to the ambience of the place. The only thing that was off a bit was the kitchen sink faucet was loose and it made it difficult to gauge the water temperature and my partner was scolded by the hot water on a couple of occasions. "Wonderful location. My husband and I stayed with our 3 children and their spouses. Master sweet was huge. The kids said the other beds needed a topper, but other than that, was wonderful "
