Executive Cabin- 5 Quartos Linda Casa à Direita na Água

An amazing lakefront property with private boat dock. Local grocery stores offer pick up so you would just need to order online and pop the trunk. The home has been cleaned and sanitized. We can also deliver the boat to your dock. This will provide fresh air, fun and a much needed distraction.

The Executive cabin is a true vacation home! Designed and built with the high end vacation home enthusiast in mind. The home was built in 2014.

Kitchen Island and dinning room table will combine to seat 16 all in the same space. There are 5 rooms with beds... but due to the queen over queen bunks with loft area the house will also sleep 16 people. The max number of adults is 10 and up to 6 kids. The home is priced for up to 10 people (so smaller families can enjoy too) then there is a small per person up charge up to a max of 16.

The home is professionally decorated

Paige Pace, the owner has taken the lead in furnishing the home. She has it looking like it belongs in a southern vacation home magazine.

This property is part of the North Georgia Boat Club. Membership is only $200 per year! and will be included in quote. If you are already a member please deduct $200 from price quote. It does give you access to discounted boat rentals. Weekly Monthly or Greater rentals are available direct from owner to non boat club members based on availability. Any owner direct rentals or sublease Via North Georgia Boating Club will conform to Forsyth County Code. Please read associated terms of use document to confirm compliance details.

Beautiful Property
The house itself was clean and well decorated. It is located off a dirt road with a steep driveway located on the basement level of the home. The grounds, lake access and dock were beautiful. A few items for consideration… the house rules were so specific & strict that it ended up being fairly off-putting, leaving us feeling like we were surely going to mess something up. The listing states it can accommodate up to 16 people yet were charged $60 for “an extra person fee” when we only had 13 guests staying. The basement level bed had a broken Box spring that made sleep nearly impossible for the folks staying in that room. Also, for a home that is advertised as accommodating 16, the kitchen wasn’t adequately stocked for that many people to eat and cook out of. The main level living room seating only allows for about 5 people, although there was a basement level sectional also available. Overall, we are grateful for the time we shared with family at this beautiful property but for the reasons listed above, we will look for other options the next time we plan a trip like this.

The property is nice but I was annoyed with all the fake charges. There were fewer guests than the listed occupancy but I was charged a fee for additional guests. I was told this was done to keep the cost low. No, it was done to charge me more than what was listed. I was charged $200 for a boating membership which gave me nothing at all. I was charged a mandatory $90 non refundable fee for insurance to cover possible damages, but I was also charged a $500 deposit. Of course there were the standard service and cleaning fees as well. I don’t think people realize how all of that sours the overall experience.

Family Vacation
Amazing property and lake house! Perfect for all my family. Lots of space, nicely decorated and comfortable for everyone. The location in the cove is private and the boat dock is perfect for docking boats, swimming and fishing. Highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed the lake before the summer rush.
Everyone loved the house. There was lots of room and privacy. The walk down to the lake was not steep. Three deer walked through the back yard every sunrise and sunset. The people sleeping in the downstairs room didn't even hear us play pool on the other side of the wall. The one rainy day parents brought the kids to Inc and they had a great time. The boat from Bait Shack Watersports was fun. The upper deck of the boat dock was used by many to catch some big sun. Most folks were swimming in the lake and it was only mid-May. I recommend this property. It can sleep a crew.

Beautiful lake house!
This house was perfect for my family of 15! Everything was clean and spacious. The only thing I would suggest is more lighting in the kitchen. Overall a wonderful spot!

Great spot!
This home is absolutely gorgeous! The dock was a great place to chill while the kids swam in the water. The area on the lake was nice and quiet, even on a holiday weekend. We were able to take the boat out (we rented) and tube closeby and it was not crowded. The house was big, open, and had great space for feeding a big family or two. Loved it!

Perfect for our family
This house was absolutely perfect for my family to get together for a Christmas vacation! We had plenty of room to spread out and everybody had a bed. The kitchen was very well stocked to cook a large Christmas dinner. We had so much fun playing pool and ping pong in the basement. The only thing I would suggest is to change all the lightbulbs that are burned out (several lamps, and the kitchen is very dark, so I had to use my phone flashlight when cooking on the stove since the hood light was not working), and fix the problem with the hot water in the kitchen--it is only a trickle and hard to wash pots and pans. I would not hesitate to rent this house again : )

Amazing property, right on the lake, wonderful host
What a gorgeous property! Beautifully decorated, perfect location right on the lake with boat renting rights. They dropped the boat right at our dock. How convenient. The house was really lovely and perfect for 2 families with young children (2 bunk rooms!) The hosts were gracious, easy to work with and thought of everything. Highly recommend and we will definitely return!

This home is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is in perfect quiet cove. The drive to the house is on a unpaved gravel road but it’s drivable by car. It has ample beds and Great Lake access. We loved our weekend stay.

Great location for a family trip
Property was very attractive with lots of room for our multigenerational family. Well equipped kitchen but the dishwasher needs a little work. Being able to rent a boat and have it delivered to our dock was a real plus. Would do it all again.

Highly Recommend
This was a great experience. The property was very clean and well equipped for a large group of people. Property managers were easily accessible and assisted me whenever needed. The dock was brand new and we were able to dock both of our boats. The cove was perfect for a hanging out and swimming. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to have a great experience on Lake Lanier.

Lovely Location on Lake Lanier
This is a rustic and charming home located on a delightful cove on the lake. The home is very attractive, well appointed and maintained. I am a grandma who has sponsored a vacation for my two adult children and their children (my grandchildren) on Lake Lanier for the last four years. There are eleven of us totally 6 children and 5 adults. Every year has been good but everyone agreed that this home was the best layout for our family. There is a loft and then two bedrooms which nicely accommodate two couples. There are two additional bedrooms which have three levels of bunk beds in each one. This worked remarkably well for my 6 grandchildren, (3 boys, 3 girls - age ranges from 11 to 15). Having access to a boat dock with two levels added to the experience. It all worked out very well for us. The access road is gravel and a bit rough but that's a relatively minor issue.

Great house on beautiful lake
We had three families with kids stay for a week. It was a Great house with everything you need and plenty of room to spread out. Pool and ping pong tables were great for rainy days. Dock was really nice, the kids spent hours jumping off and playing in the water. Would definitely recommend for large groups.

Perfect stay
The cabin was very clean upon check in. Perfect feeling of seclusion on the lake, but nearby stores for those forgotten items. The bottom floor does host a “kitchen”, but that only includes a full size refrigerator, bar sink and dishwasher. With it being thanksgiving, I was expecting to have two ovens to cook in, not the case. Beds on all three floors very comfortable with the exception of the third loft twins in the two rooms on main floors. They are carpeted plywood lofts with itsy bitsy mattresses; even the youngest in our traveling group would not sleep on them, so we were short two expected beds. Kitchen is well stocked with great knives, pots, pans and utensils; it’s only missing a full set of measuring cups and a rolling pin. Fire pit was located in a great spot. Once the outdoor chairs arrive, it will be a perfect place to unwind in the evenings. Beautiful, large windows overlooking the lake, four televisions and wifi. Would definitely book this rental again and highly recommend.
