Outdoors:
We call this the Garden House for a reason! This property boasts an AMAZING yard. It is huge, full of greenery and all sorts of wildlife (resident owl in a huge tree). There is a large firepit with wood to burn and enough seats for everyone to enjoy.
Sit back and enjoy your time in Gainesville's nature.
Parking:
One covered spot in the carport, as well a gravel driveway (could fit an additional 1-2 compact cars). There is also *free* street parking available.
This neighborhood is quaint and full of friendly families. There are churches and a police station close by - enhancing the safe walkability to enjoy the temperate weather of Florida.
I'm not there, but feel free to message me if any questions!
Located on the outskirts of College Park, this home is located on a quiet, friendly, street with neighbors who know each other, tend their gardens, and enjoy sitting on the porch as the sun sets.
PLEASE NOTE:
Bedroom 2 is in between the Master bedroom and main living area, so guests going to the Master need to either: (1) walk through that Bedroom 2 to get to it, or (2) Use the back door which is a separate private entrance via the backyard.
- Quiet hours start 10pm
