Casa Marieli - A 50 m dal Mare, con Spazio Esterno

Casa Marieli is a charming holiday home a stone's throw from the sea, located in the enchanting setting of Marina di Novaglie (Adriatic side), about 10 km from Santa Maria di Leuca.

The style and design of the house preserve the Salento tradition, with the typical star vaults and the Mediterranean colors that characterize the area.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests and has an internet connection and a small private parking, a great advantage during the high season.

THE HOUSE

Casa Marieli has a total area of about 250 m2, including outdoor spaces.

The main access is an entrance shared with the owners, who must cross the veranda (for the exclusive use of guests) in order to access their home. We guarantee the kindness and discretion they reserve for their guests, which can be an added value for your stay.

The house is about 65 square meters large and consists of:

- an entrance hall, furnished with a sofa bed, a TV corner and a dining table;
- an equipped kitchen with the necessary accessories for cooking and an additional dining table;
- a triple bedroom with vaulted ceilings, with double bed and single bed;
- a small double bedroom with barrel vault;
- a full bathroom with shower and bidet.

In addition, the house is air conditioned and has wifi internet connection.

THE OUTDOOR AREA

A nice veranda furnished and comfortable for eating or relaxing outdoors and the garden in the back complete Casa Marieli.

In the garden there is an outdoor shower and a barbecue corner (not available in the photos), suitable for organizing tasty barbecues.

SERVICES AND ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE

Air conditioning, wi-fi internet, private parking (ideal for smal cars), TV, washing machine. Pets allowed on request (with extra fee).

MARINA DI NOVAGLIE AND SURROUNDINGS

The Marina di Novaglie is characterized by a bay with low cliffs, accessible even for those less used to it. Thanks to its large shoreline, it allows convenient access to the water, and the possibility of remaining on the shore. There are also several natural coves, the best known and the most popular with children is about 50 meters away.

In the Marina di Novaglie there are some commercial activities (minimarket, a very good restaurant overlooking the sea just 40 meters away (LO SCALO), a restaurant/pizzeria about 150 meters away (DEDALO) and a small cafe).

For all other services (shopping centres, pharmacies, fishmongers, tobacconists, petrol station, bank, gyms, etc.) it is possible to reach Corsano at about 3 km away.

The Marina di Novaglie and the surrounding area offer the opportunity to practice various interesting activities:

- kayak rental to visit Novaglie bay;
- boat tour to visit the beautiful sea caves (BLUEMARINE), or (SEASALENTO). The Seasalento ticket office is a short walk from the house;
- snorkeling or guided scuba diving to explore the clear waters;
- trekking along the Sentiero delle Cipolliane (overlooking the sea), just 300 meters from the house or along the historic "Vie Del Sale" ... and more.
