It was convenient to where we planned to go-Philadelphia Zoo, Mann Center, Horsham to visit family. We never had a parking issue. "Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."

"A beautiful eclectic home !! Had a wonderful family girls trip celebrating my sister’s 65th birthday! This home was spacious with stunning views and accommodated all of our needs. We enjoyed that we were close enough to town and yet at the end of the day benefited from the privacy & uniqueness of this fabulous home , additionally, the goats were an added bonus to our fun . Lastly , David could not have been a better host !. Our needs were immediately addressed !! A++"

"The owner met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. The atmosphere is fantastic! It's far enough from downtown to be very quiet and peaceful, but close enough to get to restaurants in 5 minutes. The owner had great recommendations for restaurants and things to see. The area was beautiful! I just wish we had direct a free more days here!"

"I believe that the outside photos are from when the property was list with realtor. The outside doesn’t appear to be maintained as well as it should be, there is a sitting area out back with table & chairs needed to be wiped down and space all cluttered with leaves. The restrooms were not as clean as I prefer ( I cleaned them myself prior to use). The water output for both showers is very LOW flow (if you have thick or long hair - good luck getting the shampoo rinsed out) . Only one tea towel in...

"The area is a nice quiet place. We were able to sit outside and look at the stars without hearing any traffic. But it is still close to alot of different activity's which is really nice. We will most likely stay again some time in one of the other cottages"

"The house was super cute and clean. We had a great stay, the only issue was parking. The free lot that we were directed to was more of a patch of grass that we had to drive up onto a curb to get to. I still definitely recommend booking but be aware parking might be rough."

"We had an excellent stay! The property was extremely clean and accommodating, making our entire stay relaxing and safe. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home. One note for future families: the daybed listed as a double futon is actually a twin, so it will only accommodate one person. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it's good to know for those that may need that. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again!"

"We were 3 families with 6 kids (ages 2-8). There’s plenty of space for everyone and the house was well stocked. The yard is expansive and wonderful - the kids loved exploring. We would stay here again. A couple of call outs for littles (and I guess old folk too) the stairs are steep. My 2 year old navigated them just fine but made me nervous ;) also, the house isn’t very quiet because of the old, beautiful floor boards so bring those noise machines! "
