"it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels.
It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform.
In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above.
The place does not allow to walk with ski boots but we didn't get access to the boots area to store our skies and boots...
I was almost forgetting, broken shower indeed!

"Amazing staff and hospitality. So kind to us after arriving very late from a full day of cycling. Fed us late dinner and even sent us to our rooms with pre-maid breakfasts. Can’t say enough about the staff at this hotel. "

"The apartment was good for the price. Fit 5 of us pretty good but a lot of tight spots, Smaller than anticipated, but accurate to the listing. Could have been cleaned better. Had a weird odor (possibly sulfur) through the entire building. Good location close to bus and spar away from noisier downtown but a short walk or bus. Having to walk up 33 steps with skis to get to front door wasn’t ideal but kept you back from the road "
