"Wir haben das gefunden, was wir gesucht haben. Die ruhige Siedlung verfügt über keinen Tourismus, hat eine schöne Aussicht und man ist mit dem Mietwagen zeitnah an den schönen Kisten der Insel. Da uns besonders der Süden und Westen Fuerteventuras interessieren, gibt es aus meiner Sicht kein einen besseren Standort. Balkon mit Meerblick überzeugte, die Einrichtung ist funktional und weitestgehend vollständig. Lediglich eine zweite Kochplatte hätte ich mir gewünscht, doch das war und vorher...

"The complex itself is lovely. It is well-maintained with a nice pool. The apartment is bright with good amenities and the small malfunction we had with the kettle was instantly dealt with and Edyta (our charming property manager) came by with a new one the following day. The complex is not too near the centre of Costa Calma and it took us a couple of days to get used to finding our way to the shops/beach/restaurants but it was well worth it and we grew to really love the place. "Perfect apartment for a couple. Simple, clean, great location, perfect for a pre-breakfast swim 'sin nada'. Great balcony with stunning view of the beach. Kitchen crockery, cutlery etc could do with a sort out and perhaps replacement. Dont need so many plates and bowls, especially chipped ones. Would i go back to this apartment- ABSOLUTELY."

"Apartment 10 is a great little apartment within easy, level walking distance of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beach. It is safe and secure with a gated entrance and very peaceful. The apartment enjoys a lovely sunny patio with very comfortable sun beds and being on the end even catches evening sun. The balcony off the bedroom is an additional outdoor area, perfect for drinks, eating and drying clothes. The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout and had the most comfortable bed I have...
