"Property was well maintained and accessible. Our only complaint was lack of necessary supplies. Information noted necessary items supplied but would have to restock on our own should we run out. However, there was no hand soap in 1/2 bath downstairs, no dish detergent to wash dishes and only a small part of paper towel roll. Would also suggest at least one box of tissues somewhere in unit. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay! "

"We had a great stay here for a weekend baseball tournament about 8 minutes from the fields. The house was very cozy. We and our two teens were very comfortable. The host was immediately responsive to our two questions. Overall, a great stay. If we're back in Salisbury, we hope to stay again. "

"Our own home was too small for our growing family. The rental allowed our adult children to be home for the holidays comfortably. Perfect location and close to “home base”.Will use again in the future!!!! "

"Great venue, nice for long term stays. Very cool house and dock was great for us Texans who don’t see water as much. Clean and well stocked."

"As a mom of two , one with Tourette’s and comorbidies that go with it, relaxing getaways are few and far between. This was just what the doctor ordered. Kayaking, fishing, nature walks!! "

"It was a beautiful house. We were disappointed it wasn't cleaner. There weren't enough towels. One of the shower drain was plugged and the smoke detector went off at 2 in the morning because it needs to be replaced. The dryer was full of half dry bedding "

"Had a great weekend at this property. Secluded location. The game room was a lot of fun and the hot tub was very relaxing. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the grill was rusted out, dirty, and unusable. Not really a big problem if we had known prior, but we bought a lot of food for grilling which went to waste. Overall, would totally book again."

"The AC unit went up right before we arrived. The property owners went out and got us window units right away, and the house stayed cool for us the entire time. We were very grateful they were so willing to help us out in this situation. Thank you!"

"The property was way more than expected. It was clean and neat. I expected small but functionable and got way more than that! Plenty of cooking utensils, large kitchen, large living area and a dining table. Very happy with the choice and will frequent those apartments!"

"We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Salisbury University. The house was very cozy and perfectly situated close to the school. It was clean and very well maintained and decorated. Our only complaint is that we weren’t able to stay longer. If you are visiting the Salisbury area I highly recommend booking this house."

"The house was very homely, comfortable. The event that I attended the location of the house was excellent for me and my son. The host is very nice very professional he was resourceful and I really like the way he greeted us when we arrived."
